Today's Reading
Psalm 25:4-7
Show me your ways, LORD, and teach me your paths.
Guide me in your truth and teach me. You are God my Savior, and I put my hope in you all day long.
Remember, LORD, your great mercy and love, for they are from long ago.
Do not remember the rebellious sins of my youth, or my many wrong deeds. Because of your great love, remember me, LORD, for you are good.

My thoughts
Sometimes a TV show or something someone says triggers the guilt of my past, but I know Jesus paid for what I did at the cross. It’s the same for you. Drop all that weight so you can “run the race.”
